After: The Skinny Short Grey Weenie DogThat was all the hair that we shaved off of her. It doesn't look like a lot, but trust me it was!
She is the new and improved Meli! People are going to think we got a new dog. She was so good too when we shaved all her hair off. She was relaxed and didn't try to run away like we thought she would. You would have never known that she had such beautiful color too! She has got a mix of everything: white, grey, black, brown, cream. Meli looks like a puppy again!!!

OH MY GOSH!!!! Meli looks different, but still so very cute! You are right it does show up her colors better. I think maybe thats what we should do to Dobi not Wilson just Dobi. Your blog is great.
now you get to come down and do it to Zuka! so did you use scott's clippers......eewwh.....doggie germs! sam would never let me use the clippers on him again if i did that......she does look good.....what made you do it in the first place?
i had been wanting to cut her hair for a while now. we probably should have done it before the summer started but we just never got around to it. but then a couple nights ago i got scott to help me out and cut her hair. i wanted to do it because her hair was just too long and she just needed a cut so her hair on the legs, tail, and body would be nice and even and smooth.
Oh, how cute. I love it. I want to pet her.
